CMP Award

The CMP Award

The Chicago Alumni Chapter has sponsored a cash award presented annually to the Great Lakes Region collegiate chapter(s) achieving the highest CEI/CMP point totals. When this award was started, the Delta Sigma Pi chapter rating system was knows as the Chapter Efficiency Index (CEI), scored on a total of 100,000 points. During this time, 85,000 points were the minimum required for this award. In the early 2000’s, this system was simplified to 100 total points, and 85 points then became the minimum for this award. In the late 2000’s, Delta Sigma Pi changed the CEI system to the Chapter Management Program (CMP). It is now awarded to any Chapter which completes all requirements to become a Chapter of Excellence.
