Awards
The Chicago Alumni Chapter is very pleased to present individual CAC members with various awards and recognitions when deemed appropriate. These awards are divided into two categories: National and Local.
National awards may be presented by the national fraternity, but certain national awards and recognitions may also be requested by a chapter and if approved the chapter will then make the presentation. Examples of such national awards are the Order of the Golden Helmet and the Order of the Silver Helmet, and the Anthony Z. Fernandez Distinguished Alumni Service Award.
Local awards are those established by the Chicago Alumni Chapter to give special recognition to CAC members who have performed extraordinary service to the CAC or who have reached certain milestones of CAC membership. Local awards are the CAC 25 Consecutive Year Award and CAC 50 Consecutive Year Award recognitions, and the CAC Member of the Year.
Awards are generally presented at a banquet.
Chicago Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi
